I have built my career focusing on leadership, coaching, and team development in both national and multinational companies. My coaching background and professional foundation are further complemented by a Master’s degree in Economics, a certification from the world’s leading coaching company (Co-Active), an executive coaching certificate (Unico), a personality profiling certificate (Workplace BigFive), and an emotional intelligence certification (EQ-i 2.0).

 

With over ten years of experience in organizational development and executive coaching, I have trained over 100 teams, 100 organizations, and 1000 leaders in the past two years.

 

I approach my work with love and passion, which is reflected in the quality, speed, and, most importantly, the meaningful service I provide to my clients. Each training is tailored to the needs of leaders, teams, and ambitious organizations, ensuring a clear process and objectives.
